TOHO D200 Diesel hi-tech engine oil SAE 15W40 API CI4+/SL

TOHO D200 Diesel hi-tech engine oil is the latest development done by our research facilities that caters for heavy duty diesel engines with lesser gas emission and longer overhaul period.

It improves viscosity stability and sludge control, and meets the new specification standards of API CI4 Plus/SL. This specification is a requirement for cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) equipped engine. TOHO D200 provides the ultimate protection for EPA2002 compliant engines with EGR.

In addition, the combination of our high technological additive along with the superior synthetic base oil meets the high standard Global DHD-1 specifications that combines the ACEA standard and American API performance.

With its highly durable thermal stability and anti-oxidation properties, TOHO D200 meets the standards of OEM manufacturers such as Mack EO-N and Volvo VDS-3.

    TOHO D200 Diesel hi-tech engine oil SAE 15W40 API CJ4/SN

    TOHO D200 Diesel Hi-Tech engine oil is a revolutionary endurance hi-tech engine oil formulated with fully synthetic base stock and advanced TOHO additive formula that caters for heavy duty diesel engines with better engine performance, lesser gas emission, extended oil change interval and longer overhaul period. It has excellent anti-friction, anti-wear and strong sealing effect that can enhance engine performance and fuel efficiency.

    TOHO D200 demonstrates extremely low tendency of high temperature carbon deposit, soot control and superior protection against wear, varnish, rust and corrosion protection for the low emission Euro V and VI heavy duty engines fitted with diesel particulate filter traps (and other exhaust after-treatment devices). It provides the ultimate performance and protection for older engines from Europe, USA and Japan.

  • Directions of Use

    1. Drain the existing engine oil and remove the used oil filter.
    2. Replace with TOHO D200 engine oil and new original oil filter. For vehicle with 50,000km or more, flushing of the engine is recommended.
    3. Warm up the engine for 10 to 15 minutes before driving.

    Precautions

    1. For new car application: TOHO D200 engine oil can be applied to a new car after first servicing which is scheduled by the dealer.
    2. Do not use TOHO D200 engine oil with old engine oil..
    3. Regularly check engine oil level and replenish oil loss with engine oil.
    4. Avoid skin and eye contact. If swallowed, seek medical advice.
