Formation of Thick Oil Film For Better Engine Protection
TOHO 9000 oil particle are between
3A to 5A in size but regular engine oil is 100A. Therefore, TOHO
9000 oil particles can penetrate deeply into the internal metal
parts of the engine, performing its cleansing action, anti-rust
and anti-corrosion protection. It also forms a protective oil firlm
with an extraordinary adhesive power that reduces frictional wear
between metallic parts and increase engine horsepower.
Extending Oil Filter Life Span
Regular engine oil is in liquid
form, as shown on the above diagram, the gathering micro particles
smaller than 1/100 micron are moving freely. As these micro particles
mixed with the oxide, carbon or the sulfuric acid, they formed into
bigger particles. When these particles become bigger, they increase
in viscosity and cannot penetrate through the oil filter, causing
the filter to lose its effect. As a result the regular engine oil
fails to perform after a period of time. TOHO 9000 controls the
particles from growing, making it easier to flow through the filter
and maintaining its high performance.
How it works
When TOHO 9000 is added into our
engine oil, its ester micro particles suppress the gathering of
the regular engine oil particles and the bigger particles that are
being surrounded by the polarity particles. It stops the bigger
particles from growing. Thus preventing the regular engine oil from
From the diagram shown, we can explain using a
simple analogy: A freshly prepared glutinous cake is very sticky.
However, it becomes less sticky by applying some flour (which is
in tiny granular form). Assuming that the bigger particles are the
glutinous cake and the polarity particles as the tiny granular flour.
The dispersion/dissociation effect of TOHO 9000
will cause the diameters of the oil particles to be in less than
1 micron. The oil filter is not blocked even after long periods
(the size of the filter's pore is one micron). Since the oil particles
are in good shape, they do not stuck in the filter, and help to
reduce oil consumption and keep the environment clean from waste
oil disposal. Because of this, the oil filter's life span can be
extended 4 to 10 times longer.
As time goes by sludge carbon will float on the
oil as micro particles, causing the oil colour to turn black, this
does not mean that the oil has degraded. It remains useful.¡£
